This stunning pose, complex in some sense with folded arms and legs. The gaze with the hair flowing down over the face is fabulous

Done in one of my favorite styles, monotone burnt umber, I tone the paper with a mix of 1/3 liquin, 2/3 white spirits and burnt umber, I then pull out the highlights by wiping the tone off back to the canvas. The dark are pure paint and then blend it smooth with a makeup brush
