“Deep thoughts”

This was a wonderful opportunity to work with Marianna @marartmodel . Such a beautiful and dynamic poses. The pencil sketch took about 4hr and painting about 9 hours over four sittings.

Always grateful to get to create with other artists.

“Dinner, desert, desire”

This latest fine art piece is of the absolutely stunning Agustina @agustinaaguzmaan . The painting took about 20 hours over 5 weeks, the under sketch, floor, table, fruit, body and face each taking about 3-4 hours . It was also a workout in still life drawing with the fruit and decorative china plates

“Cleopatra”

Painting series 2026

A collection of painting of the fabulous queen cleopatra. The in person modeling session was a fabulous experience, trying out different poses, outfits and artistic styles

“Hieroglyphic”

This art piece was enjoyable to create, as part of a Cleopatra series. The model adopted the pose of a hieroglyphic, and there are four matching hieroglyphic carvings on the steps and tomb, along with guard statues, a temple, and pyramids!

In an elegant and cool pose, relaxed posture with wonderful S curve running through the piece, queen cleopatra comes to life.

There is an abstract background of phthalo blue and phthalo green with the model painted in a hit and miss style of detail and no detail, as seen in the knees and hair. Such a fun project to do.

In a second collaboration, this dynamic pose presented an intriguing challenge in terms of foreshortening and perspective, while also showcasing impressive movement throughout.

This wonderful piece is of beautiful and elegant model @damadeloscabellosok. I really enjoyed working on the flowing hair. The sketch took about 3hrs and painting around 5hr
